Leaflets emerge elongated lance shaped, heavily flecked with burgundy aging to green. Long branched stems covered with floriferous sprays in spring of long yellow spurs, golden yellow centers. Plant in partial sun to nearly full shade. Height: 18”. Zones 5 to 9. Semi-evergreen.
