This fern is a spore grown fern from a species discovered Southwest of Tokyo by Mr. Hajime Hayasida in 2010 that has attributes of Dryopteris formosana but larger and an excellent, easy grower. The new growth is golden aging to medium green. Size 1.5 to 3 feet. Zones 6-9. Evergreen.
